I used to run Cyberpunk 2077 smoothly at High settings on my RTX 3060 and Ryzen 7 5800H laptop, but recently the game started stuttering hard during combat and crowded areas. FPS drops from 80 to around 35 for no reason. GPU usage also keeps fluctuating instead of staying near 99%.
I already updated NVIDIA drivers, disabled Xbox Game Bar, and checked temps, which seem normal. Could background apps or Windows updates be causing this? Should I clear shader cache, reinstall drivers, or change any settings like XMP/Resizable BAR? Any tips would help.
