Classic Windows behavior.
Basically, the 24H2 installer decided your old 750MB partition was too small for the new recovery image, so it just carved a new one out of your C: drive. Since it's sitting right at the end of the volume, it's blocking your ability to extend the partition.
To fix it without breaking WinRE, do this:
- Open CMD as Admin and run reagentc /disable. This "parks" the recovery environment back on your C: drive so you don't lose it.
- Use diskpart to delete those extra recovery partitions.
- Extend your C: drive, but leave about 1GB of unallocated space at the very end of the SSD.
- Run reagentc /enable. Windows will see that unallocated space and automatically build a fresh, properly-sized recovery partition there.
Check reagentc /info afterward to make sure it's back online. Windows updates have been doing this since the BitLocker security patches started requiring more WinRE space. It's a mess, but the disable/enable trick usually sorts it.
