xozi Exactly what the guy above said, but let's get your hands dirty and fix it right now. Don't buy any cleaning software—99% of them are borderline malware. Do this step-by-step:
Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager. Go to the "Startup apps" tab. Disable everything you don’t absolutely need when turning on the PC (Spotify, Steam, iTunes, random updaters).
Go to Settings > System > Storage. Click on "Temporary files" and let Windows delete them. It’s built-in and perfectly safe.
Check your C: drive space. If it has less than 15% free space, SSDs slow down drastically. Move your heavy photos/videos to the cloud or an external drive.
Try this first and see if it breathes some life back into it.
