Keep it simple, OP. Don't touch the registry.
Do this:
1. Enable XMP/EXPO in BIOS (most common mistake).
2. Use dduin Safe Mode, then do a clean install of GPU drivers without the GeForce Experience telemetry.
3. Turn off hardware acceleration in Discord and Chrome running in the background.
Start there.

Oh damn, sorry to hear that bro. Hope you get it fixed. thanks, I'll try XMP and closing background apps first. What about those automated PowerShell debloat scripts though? I see everyone on Reddit hyping them up to remove Microsoft tracking and services.

PowerShell scripts are the only way to go. Just run a debloater script from GitHub. It strips out Cortana, OneDrive, Xbox Game Bar, and stops Microsoft from treating your gaming PC like a data-mining server. Takes 2 minutes and frees up like 40 useless background processes instantly.

Caleb33 Trying to completely remove Microsoft Edge and telemetry using scripts is like trying to cure herpes. You can hide the symptoms for a week, but it always comes back with a vengeance in the next cumulative Windows Update.

Caleb33 Ignore those extreme scripts mentioned above, they always break something down the line. Just set your Windows Power Plan to 'High Performance', change Nvidia Control Panel to 'Prefer Maximum Performance', and toggle Game Mode off if it causes micro-stutters in older games.

JrG_oal Exactly why Windows 11 is practically malware. The amount of background telemetry sending encrypted data to MS servers every second is insane. If you care about privacy and raw hardware performance, use O&O ShutUp10 to kill everything, or better yet, wipe your drive and install Arch Linux.

And that's exactly how people brick their OS. Forcibly disabling core telemetry services breaks the Windows Update delivery optimization mesh. Next thing you know, your Windows Store apps won't open, Xbox app fails to log in, and your security definitions are three months out of date. It's not worth it.

Siu88 Bold of you to assume the Windows Store actually works normally even without scripts breaking it. That app is a dumpster fire out of the box.

JrG_oal I'd rather have an out-of-date security patch and a broken Xbox app than let Microsoft log every single keystroke and activity under the guise of 'improving user experience'. My hardware, my data.

Tsuna Thanks! Turned off Game Mode, adjusted the Nvidia control panel settings, and double-checked my BIOS—turns out my XMP wasn't even enabled! Just played Cyberpunk for an hour and the micro-stutters are 90% gone! Frametimes look way flatter now.

Don't turn off Game Mode! It actually stabilizes 1% lows in modern DX12 titles now. I turned it off last week in Starfield and my FPS dropped from a smooth 60 to a cinematic 15 FPS slideshow. Had to re-enable it immediately.

Siu88 Bro, Starfield drops to 15 FPS because it's Starfield, not because of Game Mode. Even NASA computers can't optimize that game. Don't blame Windows for Bethesda's optimization features.
